When you said "male"... like THAT is male ranged... but you saying "i can barely talk" that is female sounding.
Do you find your self fluctuating alot and straining to maintain the voice at its peak?
All I can say its constant practice (sorry if you do).
I have found having a reason to speak out loud helps alot.
In my last relationship i just talked like 24/7 and my voice improved so much.
Now i play single player games alone and just read every note i pick up out loud and try many different things and practice specific noises i know im bad at 'oo's ands 'ae's
It is a muscle at the end of the day it needs constant trained to be where you want it... and the only to do that for me was full girl voice... its not perfect but like... its helps me keep it consistent... use it or lose it... and i try to never speak in male voice so it'll hopefully lose it and its getting harder to do.
Also the youtuber "trans voice lessons" i learned an exercise she had which is like pushing the adams apple as you swallow to push the larynx up... I still do it every no w and then just to make sure its being trained up constantly....
Tho i more worry about my resonance over my pitch.
If you put your hand on your chest and speak you should feel minimal vibration when in girl voice, but very much feel it when speaking in boy voice...
That is the most objective way for me know if its girl or boy sounding

tbf im not sure where it was but i looked over at my other monitor seeing my work thing just not working and frustrated me so much. I just coudlnt concentrate on getting the voice perfect for the recording. and cba recording again and again :3
