Topical would be fairly simple. On plebbit there's r/estrogel. Orals are harder and to my knowledge they're worse due to the first pass effect. I'd go for topical if I get any E powder. I don't have any experience getting it doe.

Why're you doing Cypro and EUn? If the site's right I think that's a lotta E2 and too little T. You still want a little bit of T floating around because nuking it entirely can cause issues. My advice would be to probably pull back on the Cypro and figure out a dose of EUn that doesn't put your E2 levels so high.

How do I stop fearing the possible side-effects of feminizing HRT? Stroke, heart attack, blood clots, liver and/or kidney damage, brain tumours, gallbladder disease, etc. I've had the medications filled and sitting in front of me for almost a month, but fear is stopping me from taking any of it.

The reason why I say that is because why'd you want to keep your vial outside? I don't think keeping it immediately available is a necessity. It's possible you could bump it and it could fall or something like that. In the end it's up to you for whatever you want to do.

I started a new vial recently (same supplier as always) but I've been feeling dissociated again like before trooning and generally been feeling a lot worse mentally, wonder if something is wrong with the vial or if it's just regular life stress (have lots of issues going on rn), won't have bloodwork until October and I don't want to accidentally detransition for two whole months, is there a way I can check if my levels are off before it shows obvious effects? how bad would it be to just additionally take estradiol pills of which I have a few saved up? my levels were usually always pretty safely at around 200-300 at trough

My LH was undetectable at some point but I reduced my dosage because my E was too high and now my LH is 1.1 mIU/ml and it doesn't seem to be going back down even when bumping my dose back up.

i want to start hrt but i have some fears.

i tried diy injections (EEn) some months ago and had some physical health problems (muscle/nerve damage) but i think it was because of the needles and how i injected; it wasn't the estrogen itself that caused problems. so now im afraid of injections.

im also afraid of pills because im physically unhealthy in general and im worried i could suffer liver or blood problems.

because of these things i started thinking that maybe i should try to transition with help from a doctor, so not diy anymore, but im not sure if i can trust a doctor or a pharmacy, i mean what if whoever might give me the medicine either gives me a placebo or even testosterone intentionally, like if they're transphobic.

should i be afraid? i asked sth like this some time ago and it doesnt seem like a doctor would do this and risk being sued, but some pharmacy worker maybe could and not get found out?

another option is to try to buy the estrogen by myself again (this time trying to learn more about injections) instead of having it prescribed, and even then maybe i could ask my PCP for advice on how to do the injections.

i posted myself in a thread earlier and someone recommended prog & pioglitazone, the former i can get through my PCP (if they would ever prescribe it), but for the latter i'm having some difficulty finding resources/information on it - does anyone have experience purchasing/dosing it who could point me in the right direction?

im probably going to go to therapy sometime soon, maybe that will reduce the paranoid thoughts.

until then, im not sure what i should do, i'll try to talk to my pcp and maybe an endo but im also considering getting the hrt from a diy source and maybe i could ask doctors just about advice about how to do injections and about bloodwork.

i should probably also consider pills or other hrt methods instead of injections.

Depending on what way you take the meds there's some strain on your liver (mostly oral because it has to go through there), if it's injections it's low chance of taxing your organs

yes but you can just do oral.

Estradiol decylate dissolved in ethyl oleate and encapsulated in soft gelatin reaches stable high levels when administered orally once daily (115 pg/mL with 0.25 mg, 190 pg/mL with 0.5 mg daily). Estrone:estradiol ratio is similar to parenteral administration.

Sharing information/progress because there isn't a better thread and someone interested might benefit. Starting from tanner 3 after 6 years of hrt at proper levels and attempting to achieve breast growth.

Bovine mammary glands, 800mg/day. I've been taking them for about 3 weeks and the effects are already noteworthy. Increased nipple size ~50%, soreness shortly after taking a pill, increased sensitivity, slightly increased breast size. Minor positive mood effects too. I decreased my sublingual from 6 to 4 and didn't feel the usual mental effects of doing that.
Progesterone didn't seem to work anywhere near this well, minimal changes to size and nipple shape even when I took it the correct way.
My theory is that my results are growth hormone related since I was underdeveloped pre hrt. That, or possibly cow estrogen being more useful than bioidentical human estrogen.
