I think some people can be detected as eggs, but a lot of egg culture people seem overzealous about it and call people who want to be gnc eggs, which as trans people we should let people be gnc without pressing them in that direction.
I know that a lot of people here hate the culture so much that they hate the concept and term “egg”, but I think that part of what made it so popular is that it’s apt. There are people that do find out later, I don’t think that precludes them from being “trutrans”, and thus to come to that realization is very much like hatching into your true conceptualization of self

It's just kind of weird to be that invested in someone's development. Because being an egg is kind of vulnerable, it sets off predator red flags
