At the end of the day trannies are trannies. The reason people are stuck on semantics is because it absolves them of making up their own mind, and because they've been psyoped to keep society in a malaise and protect the status quo.
The semantics have no bearing on the big questions of how to integrate trannies into society and what allowances could be and should be made, nor do they change the fundamental reality that trannies are trannies.
