Jesus came to save the Jews first. FIRST. He wanted Jews to follow him more than anyone else. It was their reward for trying (and failing) to live by the law all those years.
Most did follow him in the end. Most realized that they'd never be enough on their own, that they needed Jesus to unite with God and be forgiven their myriad of flaws and foibles.
Those that remain, today's "Jews", are the descendants of those who rejected Jesus. Generation after generation. Over and over again.
And you're no exception. Even now, right this very second, there is a priest of the world most powerful and widespread religion, a religion that can erase you in 800 words or less, waiting for your call. All you have to do is find the number, put it into your phone, and say
>I'm a sinner, please save me
And they will. 100% guaranteed they will be happy to do it.
So to call Jesus a Jew, as you are a Jew, is to say He rejects Himself.
And we know he didn't do that, even though he so badly wanted to on the night he was betrayed. He didn't. He accepted what God intended for him and was tortured to death, the last meaningful scapegoat, the King of the Jews and the lord of all mankind, tortured to death so that I would never have to pay for my own sins.
