make friends online, exercise even if its just walks or jumping jacks or something at home, get a job, that last one sounds like an insult but I have autism and worked in fast food for around 3 years and i tried to take orders as much as possible and it helped a lot with communication skills and social anxiety, there was a lot of bullshit though but hey i was making money, not a lot, but better than nothing. Keeping busy helps distract from negative thoughts. Be it insecurity bleeding through, thoughts of suicide or self harm and other stuff. I’d recommend at a library or something though fast food is so noisy and gross
