Anon this work is great, if this is you at half power since you were in a hurry, I can only imagine what you are like at full power. You went so hard, I was only expecting a sketch but you were so kind to color it and throw in a bunch of details.
Firstly, very impressed with your take on the character, you do "cartoony" characters (thin/small/noodlish designs) very well!
Second, conveying the atmosphere well with things like a good body pose and how you drew the hair.
Thirdly, respectable amount of detail in things like the gear, like the nose covering (often missed), and not loosing the feet while drawing the fins (often happens).
Rounding it out is some decent background/foreground work. Character is cute, great lookin swimsuit. With only a minor flaw in one hand having 4 fingers while the other has 5.
