Drag isn't inherenty sexual. It's no more sexual than a regular female with a big cleavage, which is to say it can be sexual in certain context but no one thinks a woman with big cleavage out on the street is trying to molest people around her. Same with "kink at Pride" btw, things sexual in one context are just an aesthetic expression in another. This is the same with heteronormativity, already provided example of a woman with a big cleavage.
