That's all well and good on the battlefield where wounding someone hundreds of miles from a hospital is just as good as killing them instantly due to the burden of logistics. But when you're talking about killing someone who is almost definitely wearing a high quality bulletproof vest, it's different. It was clear that whoever fired the shot was someone who knew exactly where to place a bullet to instantly kill someone without a chance to be saved at a hospital later. I'm not discounting your training, but this literally looked like a perfectly placed hit.
