That's the thing. There are no male features at all besides an undescended testes and the Y chromosome. Another case is Swyer syndrome wherein your body doesn't have a problem responding to androgens, but somewhere in the SRY pathway gets fucked your gonads don't differentiate so you end up defaulting to female development from the very beginning. It would also be weird referring to people with those condition with male pronouns just because they have XY when they looked female from birth.
