>Yeah no
Sorry, it was 26% oppose, and 8% "don't know". I consider a "dont know" to be a soft opposition, maybe you consider it a soft support. But thats not a "tiny fringe". It was 40% of Democrats. Not a "tiny fringe", if you lived in any type of blue or even purple area.
There was massive record breaking protests, hundreds of thousands outside the UN headquarters in NYC alone. There was speeches done at church, in line with the warnings from the Pope. And rightoids screeching and threatening to cancel anyone who spoke out. They want murder then just like they want it today.
>That's only in recent years
Gee I wonder if anything important has happened in recent years.
But no, LGBT has always been disproportionately supporters of Palestine since LGBT are disproportionately left leaning. The term "pinkwashing" was coined by pro-Palestne LGBT activists in 2010, (the group, Queers Undermining Israeli Terrorism, was founded in 2001). Obviously that support has only grown as the general Democratic support for Palestine has grown, and yes there are gay and trannie rightoids even now.
>anecdotes
Wow. Fascinating. Cool. As I said, you probably only know some thin slice of LGBT rightoids who are indeed dumbshits to a man and usually extra racist to make up for the fact that they are LGBT (brown rightoids likewise need to be extra homophobic, etc).
