Manmoding isn't much different to repping IMO, despite what /repgen/ will say about it, unless you have a chance of one day passing. It is as painful, maybe more painful, than repping. It is harder to forget about things if you're taking HRT and living as a guy than if you're just trying to forget about transitioning and life as a woman.
The other tragedy is that most trans people weren't allowed care as minors and it had to get to the point of repping or manmoding because for some because their bodies were so ruined. Everyone suffered from the wrong puberty, but some suffered worse than others.
