i eat yogurt with chia seeds and raw honey in it and overnight oats and a collagen peptide milkshake and dates and berries every morning with a lot of green or oolong tea or matcha latte
and if i eat lunch it’s usually another yogurt and some type of grilled sandwitch but with fancy ingredients like prosciutto, mozorella, ciabatta bread, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar. and some pita chips or cucumbers and peppers with hummus maybe some cereal. and another type of fruit. sometimes toasted bread with oil and balsamic vinegar and mozzarella and red pepper flakes to dip in. maybe a protein bar. maybe some soup
for dinner i eat whatever my family’s having
for snacks i usually eat cheese and crackers and nuts and cranberries. other fruits. or a charcuterie board. or grape tomatoes.
and i obsessively drink water. usually with lemon and ice or maybe cucumber water from a pitcher with mint
and always drink a glass of milk with a ton of ginger and turmeric and raw honey put into it cus it’s great for inflammation and gut health. and usually a cup of chamomile before bed.
my fav deserts are tiramisu, cheesecake, canoli, baklava
my fav alcohol is white or rosé wine and margs and vodka idk i need to try more alc
i love those fancy types of oranges to the red ones
