I'm a man because I have a penis. I also have xy chromosomes. Women don't have penises. If you take a man and put a wig on him he doesn't become a woman even if most people say he's a woman. He's still not a woman even if he's able to fool most people into thinking he's a woman / pass.

Here's an analogy

If I want to be at least 99% sure someone I'm interacting with is a man I'm probably going to need a microscope yes.
However I can be at least 95% sure someone is a man without a microscope based on other things like Adam's apples or whatever but I can be fooled and I am fallible.
