Simple solution: Move to suburbia, and create a garden of thick, lush grass (=/= astroturf, however the HOA will not allow that, because your lawn needs to be mowed to within .001 inch of their astroturf, with absolutely no brown/yellow spots) and areas which are good to walk on barefoot (research kneipp garden)
