Having a garbage bag body isn't an irrational thing to be disgusted at, nor is it masculine. It is simply revolting on any person. Therefore, any person with a grip on their image or on societal norms would not post their top shirtless if it looked like this, especially not men, as it is seen as a failure to be a fat, weak, soft man. The picrel showing it off is more delusional than fembrained and does not reflect seeing masculinity (or femininity) as repulsive, simply, this pooner body is a disgrace to what humanity can accomplish, and to years of carefully created shame to avoid bad optics.
