It's all fake, they're all narcissists that think they're the ultimate giga passers hot shit. Even the ugly ones think they're better than everyone else. None of them have BDD in the slightest, they just want attention. It causes them to adopt behavioral patterns of fishing for compliments non stop. Someone has plastic surgery and then complains they look like a man but post their best photo out of a thousand. It's all fake, they think they're hot and want attention. They think they deserve endless attention and can't stand it when others get it instead of them.
