A woman doesn't need to be smart or capable, their survival depends on being stupid and weak and thus easy to rape, or if they're part of a society where they were taken care of, they don't need to do anything beyond menial tasks like preparing food and cleaning. Their brains never developed because they never needed to, and the survival of humankind depends on them being dumb. Best to just keep them indoors where they can't fuck too much up.
