My face has always kinda looked like that, although it made my cheeks less gaunt. Honestly HRT is kind of a meme placebo for a lot of us, it does help but only if you have the exact right dose, hormonal make-up and lifestyle/diet. Kinda like how steroids doesn’t do anything if you take it and don’t lift. It’s hard to explain .
