Yeah I think if you refuse to make any attempt at all to meet straight society halfway, then you can't be that upset when people don't go along with it. If a trans person goes all in on feminizing themself, then wanting people to see you and treat you as a woman is reasonable, even if your transition wasn't great. You want people to acknowledge a truth. But if you don't transition and expect to be seen and treated as a woman, Then all you are doing is imposing on the politeness of others.
Plus, if you don't want to feminize your body at all, then what are you even doing here? You are 100% fine with having a fully masculinized body, you just want to wear a dress and have people call you Toadette? What is the drive there? I don't think you need to feel dysphoria to be "really" trans, but I think you do need to at least feel a compelling urge to "trans"form yourself!
And let's say that being trans is banned, all trans people have to detransition, how is that a problem for you if you never even transitioned? "Oh no, now I have to go back to wearing men's jeans instead of women's jeans! And make no other changes because I made no changes to get to where I am!"
