there were 100,000 people at a protest in my city last week, so I don't know what you mean by "nobody". I don't know if you noticed but the GOP controls all three branches at the moment, so unless you're expecting them to simply declare themselves democrats, or are one of those people who thinks a civil war is a good idea, we're going to need to ride this out and do our best to limit the damage they can do. most people can still have a say in local and state level politics, so do that, and like the other anon said, stop focusing on things that are outside of your control (this means stop doomscrolling because it won't do anything other than give you crippling anxiety)

Organize with others. Help support and network in coordinating growing protests and escalating to more and more societal disruption as it is warranted. Protests alone aren’t enough but they’re a precursor displaying the force of people that disagree with the current climate and through organization can disrupt and even dismantle this nightmare. Continue participating in your local elections and stay connected. Be an actual fucking American and stand together with your neighbors combating these anti-constitutional acts.
