honestly a lot of cis women would get psyched out too, but would just hide it so as to not feel like a hysterical woman and instead just end up resentful. sit her down and ask her to wait until she gets to talk to you before she jumps to conclusions. tell her you love her and that you dont plan on leaving, and ask her to trust that you'll communicate when there's an issue, and wont play those types of mind games. should fix the problem.
