Does Miles in Transit have any tranny friends who aren't gigahons?

heard the name "grace", knew in less than a second it was gonna be an mtf troon

Also, I'm not 100% sure but it looks like somehow "grace" got ffs without hairline advancement (which is weird) but it still has that weird forehead tilt I've noticed on post-ffs troons irl basically the forehead is sorta slanted back at an extreme angle and I wonder what about ffs necessitates that

this is precisely if you do forehead reduction via coronal incision along the top of the head. For some people, if they don't do hairline lowering at the same time, the browbone shaving will leave enough excess skin that the whole hairline actually gets higher which with a more rounded forehead results in this weird afab high hairline result, but with an M-shaped hairline.
Here is a good post, its often facialteam thats the "problem" but in reality, the coronal incision version is not really an issue for young people as the skin can adjust properly.

also the reason I know this is because I went to facialteam and my hairline is honestly fine since I had a relatively short but very slanted forehead before, but i would def recommend hairgrafts or ask if there is a different way of doing it if you're someone that already has a high hairline. What i 100% recommend tho is as much bloodflow enhancing stuff along the coronal incision, as otherwise your hairfollicles there will die and you might have a strip of devoid hair there tho. I used a lot of supplements and a bit of minoxidil so its invisible now for me but def smth to think about

Ive seen ffs basically only on people under 40 and the forehead angle thing being steep and weird is a common element.

This is super helpful anon, thank you! I have a high hairline, big forehead and a receding hairline so the hairline is a big concern of mine. So the problem isn't the coronal incision itself but rather not doing along with the hairline lowering, right? Doesn't hairline lowering leave a massive scar?
Is there anything else you'd recommend when it comes to this or FFS in general? Also, would you have any pics of before/after the FFS of your forehead/hairline? Again, thank you so much for the info.
