Endos can only prescribe legit.
There's no legitimate injectable drug approved by the FDA (or the FDA equiv of where you are) for mtf trans people.
EEn/EUn is troonshine, and EUn has 0 medical research (outside of trans communities) behind it.
Furthermore, injectables are only 3 year old.
50 mg cypro, 4 mg E micronized sublingual was the state of the art 10 years ago when we started desu.
6 E is a hondose (liver and breast cancer risk)
Due to the side effects of pills, 10 years ago monotherapy and actually useful E levels (> 200pgml) were not imaginable.

I don’t think I understand. I bought Estradiol Enanthate (MCT) from Astrovials and was told to take 0.15mL of 40mg/mL of EEn once a week. I took 0.6mL by mistake and didn’t like how I felt at all. I’m sorry, I know this must be obvious. I’m just not understanding most of it. I take 6mg sublingual now and 200mg Spiro. My T is undetectable but I’d like to have higher E levels. i recently did exactly what you did, switched from spiro + pills to injection mono. i did my injections for like a month, and kept up the spiro. after i had the levels stable from injections, i halved the spiro dose for a week then stopped completely. the only difference i noice is i dont piss constantly. still no signs of T returning, but tbf i have not had my blood test yet.

Immediately before your next injection is due, have a look at: E2, Total T, SHBG and GnRH (on pills: blood clotting and liver factors).
Regardless of what ester or pills you're on.
Is your E > 200 pgml? (50 pgml on pills)
Is your T in tge cisf range?
If BOTH are true, then you're on a good dose.
If your E is higher than 500 pgml, DECREASE your dose.
If your T is higher than cisf range OR your E is LOWER than 150 pgml (25 pgml on pills), then INCREASE your dose.

to answer op, the trans girl friends I have who call me a weirdo for preferring injections over CPA tend to be the ones who follow standard practice in general: they'll take whatever shitty meds their psychiatrist prescribes them without researching them, they get an SRS without being sure if they even want one. And they have to battle the dissonance of knowing they were on high dose CPA for a while, who wouldn't want to deny and pretend those seeking alternative treatments are the fucked ones
