The Mimosa Confessions
It's a LN without an adaptation yet but it's quite good and really thoughtfully done. The MC is much more explicitly trans than what you see in the usual slop that dances around it and deals with people hating her for it. Pretty hard hitting at times. There's an official translation so you can be a good person and purchase it legitimately to support the author, but it's also on nyaa.

Saikyou no Kurokishi, Sentou Maid ni Tenshoku shimashita
Somewhat generic reverse harem native-isekai slop, but it's a fun time. The GB aspect and prior life as a man doesn't get totally ignored after chapter 1 like usual which is nice. Don't stop reading if the first few chapters bore you, it gets better as the story goes on. The guys are actually attractive too.
