I spent a couple years on antipsychotics and it helped a lot with hallucinations and a bit with the paranoia but it basically completely destroyed the part of my brain that is capable of connecting with spirituality and I miss it all the time, plus it did absolutely nothing for being just generally weird and socially incompetent.
