Literally nobody wants to be a construction worker, production assistant, or any other job; it's extremely tiring and offers no obvious advantages, especially financially. Working as a temporary worker for 2,000 with no benefits? With food allowance deducted from the salary? It depends a lot. If it's a 5x2 schedule with a decent salary, it might be worth it, but in this country, even asking for the minimum that's considered fair is still asking too much.
