What do you think the share of "lesbians" and "sapphics" are online at this point that are actually transbians? 60%? 70%?

They outnumber cis lesbians in every single online space that isn't explicitly terf-y. At this point, I would believe there are more transbians than cis lesbians in the west.

Anyway, that would be fascinating.
No idea how to collect data but in the USA they might be real close to 1:1 count, since so many "lesbians" are just yet another bi woman who scorns males.

my suspicion is that even using the broad definition of transbian and the narrow definition of cis lesbian, there are many more cis lesbians than trans lesbians
if you use a similar standard for both, it's not even a contest. people consistently dramatically overestimate the prevalence of trans lesbians, if you look at actual relationship data the majority of trans women in relationships are with cis men. add on top of that self-identified cis lesbians being >10x the entire population of trans women and you have a complete and utter blowout.
