You can't weight small sample sizes lmao.
The rule of thumb is to go for 2.0 hedges max, and you can see how in this study it is constantly bigger than that (2% to 7% has a 3.5 hedge).

Secondly, weighting data about minorities doesn't mean that the raw data about minorities is bad.
The sample size for the study was pretty respectable (68k), I won't download it and tinker with it, but even if only 1% were trannies that would be 680 trannies, more than any of the studies that were published specifically about trannies. The tranny sample size is only relatively small to the overall scope of the study.
Weighting it out of proportion is just data manipulation.

I should add that I just saw that the guy who weighted the data himself said that the overweighting of 2023 and 2024 was due to an "artifact". It is bad. It shouldn't be taken seriously.
