Look I think people are being a bit too unhelpful towards you but obviously take the advice you think applies best to what you're dysphoric over. People are jumping at telling you to get FFS because you're drawing attention to your lower face with how you're currently styled, that's it. It's not even that it looks bad but tranny eyes see thin lips and a slightly pointy chin and think it's the end of the fucking world which it's not. Immediate suggestion is to lighten up your eye makeup and find a nude lip liner you like and start learning how to overline in a natural looking way to balance out your face a little better. I love your hair texture but most trannies also fucking hate curly hair for stupid overgeneralising reasons so I'd suggest keeping up good care of it as you grow it out and maybe opting for a middle/curtain bangs style parting instead of the side parting. Also move your fashion into a cozier bookish sorta direction, big sweaters, long skirts, etc. You're cute and give off that vibe and I think playing it up will help too. If you want something cosmetic I suggest lip filler well fucking before FFS unless your dysphoria is that bad, but personally I don't see the point in folk coming in here and blindly telling eachother they need FFS like it's something we can start planning tomorrow. i think you should stay on hrt for a good bit longer and see if there are any lip changes. otherwise, lip lifts or filler (which you should be careful about) are infinitely less invasive and severe than chin reduction ffs. you should still be careful about lip procedures but it's easier than ffs.

hihi i'm back biggest thing is gonna be your hair. It's too short to really do anything with right now, you could try styling it with a middle part but honestly you're just gonna have to play the waiting game while it grows.
For makeup you should start by just figuring out your tones. Go to the dollar store or something and buy a bunch of lip shades, and foundations. maybe an eyeshadow palette. Experiment at home, then when you find what looks best and most natural for your features color-wise, go out and buy real products from cvs or ulta that are the same colors. This will give you a base to start experimenting with, then you can mimic looks you see in movie and tv. watch makeup youtube and follow the tutorials. Don't be too heavy handed and remember the goal is that it's not noticable.
