I sometimes tell trans men stuff like that because no one ever says nice things to men. I don't say that to trans women because they'll always take it the wrong way, as women are wont to do

yes mostly by cis women, they don't know im trans so it's probably supposed to be a compliment but being told that I look like a moid who played a school shooter always feels like an insult

I recall early in my trans several people told me I look just like young Paul McCarthy including people just meeting me not knowing I had been told that so much. It was meant as a compliment as I was in boymode then but it drove me crazy because I’m mtf. I like to think Ive made a lot of progress and am pretty now

No. I'm unattractive, no one's said something like that. I have a few trans men in my life who look like Daniel Radcliff and Elijah Wood and I want to tell them that, but I honestly don't know if that would make them feel good.
