honestly after i went and read some material intended for cis ppt patients which matched my experience better I realized how much "you are a fake woman with a defective vagina" assumptions are made about us.
I do in fact have normal flora but it's difficult finding anyone stating that. Even my doctors have tried explaining away that lab result as a fluke. Nobody doubts it for cis women because despite women's healthcare being..quite marginalized.. they are still given way more credit than we are.
