The vial should definitely be no issue at all, just put it in the liquid bag with all your other liquids. The syringes could be an issue though. If you don't want to go through the trouble just check if you can buy some appropriate syringes at a pharmacy in Japan, or Japanese Amazon or similar online shop

sealed arrest records don't turn up in employer background checks unless you're applying to law enforcement or the NSA lmao. civilian employers do not have the legal rights or means to see those records
