Anyone notice that pro lgb arguments tend to be harder to argue against since it's bad to be against love, but trans arguments are easier to argue against because its a more complex issue?

yes this has been a topic of discussion for a while. we make it harder for them to be accepted as normal, they skew public perception of us by tying transness to sexuality inadvertently.
I'm a transsexual and pro amicable splitting of the community

I agree with transmedism and all but unfortunately they're(transmedicalists) such a minority and are also demonized by the rest of the community that it's close to impossible to genuinely make it more accepted

You can make the exact same arguments, e.g. that there's no brain scan proof of sexuality, just like gender, therefore it's a cult that makes people believe in a magical thing called innate sexual orientation and excommunicates disbelievers. Masc/femme couples just reinforce gender roles. Etc. Except, I'm not going to argue that, because it's an obviously homophobic argument and we all accept sexual orientation as something real.

Well I think the crux of the issue is that transgenderism as a concept is a harder "sell" i.e. it's more difficult to explain and harder for people to believe given entrenched understanding of gender/gender norms.

A man liking another man is a very simple, straightforward concept even the most braindead cissoid can easily comprehend.

A man having the brain of a woman and needing to remodel her body to fit her brain? Whoa mama!! Now we're getting into deeply uncharted territory and now all of a sudden the cissoid has QUESTIONS. How do I know you're really a woman? How does cutting your dick off make you a woman? Aren't your chromosomes still xy, and aren't chromosomes what make a person their gender? What is gender? What is sex? I have the education of a four year old and I don't like thinking about words that have more than three syllables!

Transexuality simply requires a more in-depth explanation that the cissoid is too stupid to easily digest, which makes them susceptible to falling for the easy answers the right provides i.e. troons are all insane and we need to kill them. This comforts the cissoid, who would rather anything that causes them to have to reckon with a world outside themselves be dismissed and failing that, destroyed.

>Transexuality simply requires a more in-depth explanation
Agree with everything here except the parts about cissoids being too stupid to understand, sure they'll never have complete empathy (fully understanding the emotional experience of a tranny) but you can boil down the concept of hormone signalling via mutations in the ERs causing a neural architecture that's closer to the opposite sex easy enough. You just need to repeat it a bunch of times, it can't use difficult words, and it needs to be the ONLY narrative available for trans issues because the moment they find a simpler explanation their brain WILL latch onto that. But it's possible. Just not doable currently with how disorganized we are and the media slander

Cis-friendly explanation: "We have a genetic condition that gives us the brain of the other gender"

The real thing crippling pro-trans arguments is that every single tranny has a different opinion on what it is which confuses normies (no consensus) and even out of those trying to explain it from a medical angle, none of them have a clue about the science behind trans brains/genetics/hormones anyway, so they can't answer follow-up questions, can't explain it without sounding like a hack, etc. There's a second big reason pro-trans arguments failed but only I'll put it if someone asks to avoid wasting effort

I'm technically a transmed (think it's a genetic/neurological/pseudo-intersex thing) but I don't believe in gatekeeping and am not super uptight personality wise like most people who call themselves transmeds so I don't fit into those groups. Advancing trans healthcare is also the only thing I care about from a rights standpoint so it irritates me when all online transmeds do is mock trenders and faketrans like nigga do something productive we're in a soft genocide

This. And some of those "trenders" and "faketrans" many might be legit but going about it in a stupid way. Either way I care more about staying alive than whether someone is being socially embarrassing.

exactly this, I'm not excluding people who need help just because they act stupid

not really, I am capable of being incredibly bad faith for any position I argue for or against even when I don’t believe what I’m saying, so all arguments seem about the same in difficulty

Since the whole trans community is online we could just flood trans spaces with bots that repeat our non-toxic medicalist opinions until it catches on
