Passing FtMs can be goth or emo, but it's just an effeminate look that so many can't pull off and it makes them look like women.
MtFs usually can't pull off butch looks, either. Even just trying to wear a blouse and a skirt, I realized the blouse made me look like a dude because my upper body is too masculine.
