how do boymoders sleep?
i for one have a lot of trouble sleeping. im really restless at night. tossing and turning etc.

Exercise is good for making you tired... also having something to listen to while you're in bed, so your mind has something to focus on. Also a fan works nice, it accesses some mammalian hibernation urge to have some cold outside your blanket. You can also maybe tell windows, or perhaps your monitor itself, to filter out blue light, which helps your melanin or something

as for sleep meds:
- 5-HTP (my serotonin is low + it converts to melatonin at night)
- L-Theanine (calming effect, improves sleep)
- Magnesium Glycinate (magnesium increases melatonin as well as being generally good for you, glycine enhanced sleep quality/efficiency)
- progesterone oral (boosts allopregnanolone which leads to better cortisol production in the morning, helping me wake up with energy)

oh also I sleep better ever since I started using kids' strawberry toothpaste, I went so many years thinking that it was normal for adult toothpaste to cause a searing pain because my Dad said it was normal when I complained but apparently I have an allergy to mint or something.
