Tldc my chromosomes are kinda messed up, and it made me develop female secondary sex characteristics along side an extremely late male puberty and problems with my reproductive organs (as well as other health issues) - is the short of it

It does influence people, but gender socialization is very different in different families and contexts. Some are less socialized and it's entirely possible that a girl was raised like a boy and vice versa. For me I knew I was trans early and I avoided girls as much as possible.

There is some aspect of the brain that forms early, even earlier than birth in some cases, that leans towards male or female, and can be in between or neither, and having an opposite one causes gender dysphoria, which intensifies with age and sexual development as the body grows more different from what was subconsciously expected. I do believe non-binary has some legitimacy in this sense but I can't seriously entertain neopronouns. Some of these people with in-between may be binary trans too.

I think it's correlated but not caused by being intersex. Intersex are just more likely to be trans.

yeah except for the fact they're phenotypically female and are thus raised as such. technicalities like gamete size and chromosomes are irrelevant to how people are actually gendered. someone with swyers syndrome would have to take testosterone to live as a man and they'd still be dickless so how's that any different to being ftm
