Due to the legal systems extreme unwillingness to recognize the sexual agency of minors, the usage of the phrase “child molestation” doesn’t tell me anything about whether it was the young persons choice or not.(in other words, whether they were true victims or not). I still don’t know what these two men actually did due to government backed orwellian doublespeak.

Sexual bonding is just like any other kind of bonding. Underage people have sexuality. “Incest” is just familial bonding under a different word. If the young person says yes to it, it’s morally neutral at worst.

I think adults who try their hardest to undermine the sexual autonomy of minors, who strive to teach them that sex is something evil, are the true “child molesters”. I think if there less religious adults expressing moral outrage over sexually active children having sexually active lives, there would be a whole lot less of these so called trauma stories from statutory “rape”.

Actually I would think that females are actually the ones that molest kids the most. Because they probably feel like they are allowed to touch children in any way especially if they had them themselves.

This is bait / apologia because even recognising that I was indeed a little pervert as a kid, a fucking animal, it still only made sense for me to fool around with others my own age and even then I was very rape-y about it at the time (~9, too young to know better), not with fucking adults/older teens. I can recognise an argument for teaching kids about things like consent and their bodies in schools from a pretty early age because they encounter that stuff themselves otherwise but no, it does not follow that pederasty should be accepted as a part of the journey of human sexual development.

When I was 8, me and the older neighborhood boy would secretly fuck each other in the ass. If he was just a year or two years older, I would have been the legally defined victim, and I don’t think it wouldve made the end result any different if he indeed was.

If we were to be caught and I were to be compelled to attend court ordered shrink sessions by an anti sex child psychologist, of course the end result would obviously be different.
