If you're going to the trouble of DIYing there is literally no reason not to do injections, they're better in every way. Oral estradiol means you have to take antiandrogens that will wreck your organs over time.

i mean yeah homebrew is probably higher dosage but it's still one of the worst paths for the drug to take and it's prone to interference from sweat etc. homebrew spray sure but injections are still superior in their pricing and pathway.

its just harder to get good levels. if you take them orally much of them is converted to estrona and if you take them sublingually their half-life is pretty low so you need to take it every 8hrs. also you need to take an antiandrogen together to supress your testosterone
its just easier to inject yourself once a week (with EEn, EV needs once every 4/5 days for example) and nothing more

theres standards dosages but ofc do blood tests to know if your levels are good and if you do not have any other health problems, then you adjust your dosage based on that

it's basically fine. Some people report brain fog or increased urination on it and advocate for other AAs, but it works and is widely used. Better than nothing if you can't get injections. super long term (we're talking like lifetime use), it's maybe a little hard on your liver? so if you dont ever plan on getting an orchie or srs it's better for long-term health to do injection monotherapy.

It's hard on the liver if you want to get acceptable doses, and the liver metabolises most of the lovely nice E2 (estradiol) in the pills into crappy no-good E1 (estrone). Dermal, sublingual and injectable bypass the liver. There's some evidence that 3-6 months of high E1 before getting your E2 up can help breast dsvelopment, but it's not conclusive.
