I wish it was more normalized for highly successful or otherwise intelligent and charismatic people to dom as gig work (with a social understanding that it's partly done as a sort of mentor relationship and seen as fulfilling with the monetary aspect being secondary).
For instance, I am soon to have my PhD but I feel very burnt out and I don't really feel up to the job search not to mention progressing with what I want out of my transition. Additionally, my apartment is very out of sorts and just getting the energy to keep things going feels impossible. In an ideal world, I would be able to pay a not-too-bad sum of money (or none at all!) and have access to someone respectable and attractive to tell me what to do (in, you know, a hot way).
This would work very well for me, as I love being submissive to someone that I genuinely look up to. I find that achieving goals not just for myself but for someone I'm submissive to is very motivating. The problem is that the magic somewhat disappears if your "Daddy Dom" is, himself, living in his parent's basement without a job. Not that I'm judging - people end up in all sorts of places for all sorts of reasons - just that it doesn't work for me.
In conclusion: this is what society would look like if I had a dominant that was rich and handsome (or beautiful) and very smart because I would reach my true potential and be enabled to make it that way. Thank you for listening.

isn't this just a modern version of ancient gayreek pederasty practices?

Somewhat except for the fact that I am not a child, and so it wouldn't be pederasty which I feel like is an important aspect to get across here.

No. I'm not going to do that, sorry.
Well I mean I guess I eventually will, nothing lasts forever, but I'm not going to stop until I want to, is what I mean.
