So bad it's so good
Hello /lit/, is there such thing as a "good" form of bad writing?

I was thinking about half-life and how much of a clusterfuck non-sense it is, but at least it's fun. Does good writing matter at all if people just want to have fun?

Well, bullshit interdimensional stuff happens, you as a nerd blasting through the military, aliens, systemic failures and reactors exploding, up until killing the giant baby motherfucker. Then get recluited by some fag with a briefcase, another interdimensional alien invasion later by an infinite multidimensional empire that is virtually unvincible, you blast through all of that alongside your mulatto girl part of the resistence made by your ex-colleagues (how convenient) who managed to survive while being unable to breed...

Then gaben ran out of ideas and will.

Doesn't really exist in literature, but there is a sort of equivalent which is to be so lacking in awareness and so rich in earnestness that it elevates what would otherwise be dull into something thoroughly charming and enjoyable.
