I've lost my faith in God, could Nietzsche help me find something that fulfills a similar role in giving my life meaning?

Nietzsche tries and I think had a lot of gold in his work, but ultimately not sure if he fulfilled what you describe. Read Hegel if you want that, Nietzsche is tough and cold. He can be wildly empowering but it can also be brutally cold. Hegel is like a beautifully holy symphony.

>I've lost my faith in God
You never had it though. You can't "lose faith" if you had true faith since you're sealed with the holy spirit of God unto the day of redemption. It should also be said that most "Christians" aren't Christian, or to put it another way, they're not saved, they never put their faith in Christ alone to save them.
>Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Atheists are golem of the talmudists, though. Meanwhile, the talmudists are trying to criminalize the teaching of the New Covenant in America and atheists are too busy at their pride parades exposing themselves to kids or gooning to jewish porn to care that the first amendment is being destroyed.

How can he believe in you if you can't believe in him?

I find meaning in morality, and most of it aligns with the Christian doctrine, which is why I'm a Christian in the first place, it's by knowing in my heart that it's the ultimate truth. There's a Chinese saying, that goes "True gold fears not the test of fire." I suggest you put Christianity to question, if you have any doubts in it and find that it's perfect, and if not — you've discovered something for yourself and need not worry about seeking meaning in religion anymore, or in religion alone. Either way, it'll be helpful, because you might get your faith restored back, or discover something that'll give your life a new meaning.

Set on a journey, look for what you lack and try to find a solution. but be reasonable about it. And don't try to find fulfillment in literature alone, go to Church, connect with those around you, and perhaps squeeze the most out of all the opportunities life has given you. I stopped reading for a while, but nevertheless, I don't feel bad about it, because for me, reading is a means to knowledge, the goal of which is enlightenment, and with it comes tranquility and peace. Your case might just be an emotional burnout, or a neurotic response to something that itches inside your soul and hasn't been scratched properly. But that's something you will have to figure out on your own. Nobody else will give you the answer for you.

I recommed Spinoza over Nietzsche personally.
I find him endlessly inspirational Hegel (like >>24472986 said) is also a good choice if you are willing to devote the time to access him. Not that Spinoza is any less difficult lol.
