I don't understand why the book is labeled "feminist" there is some negative aspects about how she gets force fed by her dad, raped by her husband and taken advantage of by a guy who is unable to see her mental illness. But it is more presented in a "all men are bad" way. Reading her other book Human Acts there are plenty of good male characters as well.
