Read a good survey of Aristotle's work before you dive into his actual books. Aristotle's "books" are actually just really dry lecture notes that are not particularly fun to read. You should still read them since he was right about everything, but you will get more out of them if you (critically) read the secondary literature alongside them.

Reading scholastic works like that of Aquinas (or even Descartes) was actually the better way to get into Aristotle for me, as his actual writings are rather dry and not very organized like that other anon said
