I cannot understand how people whom claim to be intellectuals can believe that they need an institutional claim that a subject is "evidence" or has "evidence" for them to believe whether it to be true or not.

Logical consistency, critical thinking and questioning on all perspectives eventually leads to what is most likely to be truth.

Popperian's rely on institutional powers which are easily biased or corrupted, and for them to rely mostly on this is laughable.

It's a simple way of saying "i cannot think, therefore I think with others thinking, that has been verified with their accepted thinking"
