What's the difference between soul and spirit? Particularly MY soul and MY spirit.
What is the nature of each?

My best guess is that all animals have souls but the spirit is what humans possess to be able to communicate with God.
Or if Aristotle is correct that the soul is the form of the body, could the spirit be the form of the soul?

I feel comfy in my conviction that god's language is feeling and animals speak it more fluently than us. I shrimply don't believe in human supremacy. If the goal is convergence with the godhead then lichen and termites are a thousand times more attained than us.

Termites don't really have emotions, they're more like robots than sentient and they can't worship God.
Humans reflect God's character more than any other creature on earth, hence being made in his image and being imbued with rationality and love.
Supremacy is kind of a loaded term; God commanded humans to subdue the earth, us being the only race capable of doing so.
