I'd heard about the Aaron Barry stuff and reading this I assumbed this guy was just jumping on to pretend he'd been duped by the same guy, but it looks like it's true. This Daily Mail article names the book Barry has up on the McBussy site (£, flesh):

and I see Femoid is also up there since the original publisher dropped it after the reveal of the fake author identity. The Daily Mail mentions that he liked "£, flesh" and that's why he's going ahead with publishing it.

I've been curious about Femoid, but mostly just due to the controversy and because the author was talking about it here pre-reveal. I don't know if I expect many people to read it. McBussy seems like an ironic joke and I don't expect him to be able to accomplish much in terms of advertising either of these books (besides leaning into the joke per the video I haven't watched). The controversy might do something for sales, but I doubt Daily Mail comment posters are truly prospective buyers.

The vaguely more interesting part is the guy who used a fake marginalised identity to get a bunch of shitty poems published, though his books made under the same identity seem less like they were intended to be jokes. The McBussy stuff is just the "publisher" pretending to be upset to gain notoriety for the books---the one that got dropped, and the one originally sent to him with a fake identity, both of which he's still planning on releasing.
