is it a good book anons? lots of authors I appreciate loved it but it's apparently written in 17th century style prose... and whyle I have no problem reading non-fiction from that era... but fiction... fiction in that style, dense prose, for 800 pages...

there's a version called the night land: a story retold, which updates the prose but still has a pretty archaic feel. i think it's pretty damn good.
