LUMINOUS LOZI: Do not worry young one. It was only the little voice of an insect. We need not concern ourselves with the passings of a poisoned world.

>Visible back pocket Foucault
Is this the literary equivalent of thugs and punks advertising their willingness to bottom by wearing saggy pants?

If somebody is reading Foucault in public there's a 95% chance they don't actually read
If somebody is "booksmaxxing" there's a 100% chance they're not reading unless they're a woman reading smut

What does booksmaxxing mean? Reading as many books as possible or being pretentious about reading difficult books?

First would be nice.
Second would be cringe as fuck. But it would be nice if the demand for actual good books would rise and they would sell them in bookshops.

But it probably is the second one. But who tf could read Foucault or similar shit in public? In couldn't take good notes and couldn't concentrate well. So no shot this guy actually read this.

YOUNG THINKER: In the West, balance is a foreign concept. Everything must be driven to it's utmost extent; one's mammaries must be the largest, one's phallus the same; it is not enough to read books — one must "bookmaxx." This disproportion has resulted in the occident devolving into a menagerie of grotesque displays, with social media as their self-locked cage. Through their chemical streets they parade their perverse overcompensations proudly, and take the hooting of their fellow inmates as praise.

sciatica maxxing. if this guy had the iq of a bona fide foucault reader he would simply download the epub and read on his phone. this is a fashion accessory (feminine behavior)

Yeah same. When I had a Kindle I would simply read on the Kindle app when not at home. Even now that I'm back to reading physical books I still take the care to dl the epub if I can so I can read it on my phone using ReadEra.
