The ultimate blackpill is that humanity is a failed project and the only based move left is to pull the plug. Stop with the "we can make a better world" cope. History is just an endless, bloody highlight reel of our own disastrous idiosyncrasy, we're a monster that just can't stop massacring itself. Philosophers like Cioran already figured it out: "Paradise is the absence of man." We've spent all this time building up a massive nuclear arsenal because our species has a deep, irrepressible death drive. Self-annihilation is the logical and only truly moral conclusion to our story. It's redemption from the pervasiveness of suffering we create and the only way to save creation from the crime of our existence. Choosing to go out on our own terms is the final, absolute act of freedom from this cosmic joke.

Anon I read this and felt like your life would be greatly improved by throwing your phone into the sea and literally becoming an animal by scampering off into the forest and being forced to keep warm. Try letting your stomach and instinct rule your life, not your brain as you can literally do nothing about the weight of historical atrocity.

Yet by all accounts death is no annihilation. Only perpetuation. Only oil on this fire of life. We will only meet our final fate in nothingness and cessation in one place — the meditation mat. Sit your fat ass down, fall into the silver stream of breath, and cast your mind into the infinite horizonline lil nigga.

That's just dumb
Someone else eventually would take our throne and try to do the same thing.
We don't really know where life is heading and all expressions of it: life-forms (including humanity), culture, art and such.
But I think it's just fighting entropy. That's it. Life is a struggle against entropy.
We're fighting entropy 24/7. Both in our lifetimes (fighting death, trying not to die), and in life as a grand scheme (evolving, trying to stay afloat against time).
The thing is the sun eventually will burn out. However perhaps via reason we might solve that and prolong that eventually.
So it's like reason compensates for entropy somehow.
It's like reason tends to infinity, and entropy IS infinity (i'm assuming that!). I feel like entropy has a divine property attatched to it, whereas reason is like us trying to recreate the divinity properties.
Sorry if it sounds schizo but I think some of you will get it.
So with an AGI that feeds itself on and on, we could make some form of pseudo-god, whose intelligence would tend to perfection, but since the universe is infinitely complex, it won't really be perfection per se.
So yeah I don't know

How can you meditate if you have coombrain?

I don't mean to be mean or anything but... the will to discussing philosophy, which is maybe the essence of truth available to us is like the opposite of the will of pulling the plug. And while you seem to agree with the latter, you act upon the former. Don't fall for a stubborn mindset, there are still better answers waiting ahead of you, I'm sure.

Because it isn't. There is no reason to die as well as no reason to live. Using the concept of suicide is import to make living bearable tough. Living as merely postponing suicide. One can still enjoy life experiencing a cig, fucking a cutie or having the dopamine rush after a workout, while trying the best not to give a fuck about the negative sides of existing. One already exists, so why not enjoy what is possible to enjoy. But there is no need to throw new people into this.

Individual suicide doesn't make a difference. Extinction of all living beings though does. Killing every life on this earth in the Horstmann style quick and easy is one solution.

Horstmann advocated for an atomic war. Killing every being we know of to minimize the chance of an conscious being (like the human) coming into existence again. I don't know much about tardigrades, but I guess they die from atomic bomb shit. Maybe from hydrogen bombs.

>>24663445
The chance of a pessimist doing that is low. When a pessimist becomes a dictator, he will probably enjoy all the fine bitches and food like Kim Jong Un does. No need to 'save' the people, when you can enjoy your best life.
And someone like that won't be voted, so that is out of the question too. It would need to be some kind of nespotism dictatorship where the former dictator doesn't care at all.
Would be more likely that something like the Petrov-Incident would cause this.

I know, nigger. But even a pessimist can't deny that sticking you wiener inside a korean bitch feels pretty nice. And if you become some ultimate dictator and are able to have the nicest pleasures every day, the urge to end your life isn't that high anymore.
If you pretend there is no joy in life, you are just delusional, not pessimistic.

>Sexuality is a great leveler; better, it strips us of our mystery … Much more than our other needs and endeavors, it is sexuality that puts us on an even footing with our kind: the more we practice it, the more we become like everyone else: it is in the performance of a reputedly bestial function that we prove our status as citizens: nothing is more public than the sexual act.

>Abstinence—voluntary or forced—sets the individual both above and below the Species, makes him into an alloy of Saint and Imbecile that intrigues and abashes us. Whence our equivocal hatred for the Monk, as for any man who has renounced woman, who has renounced being like us. We shall never forgive him his solitude: it degrades as much as it disgusts us; it is a provocation.

Emil Cioran, The Temptation to Exist
